Many people have all had some negative feelings towards your weight. For the majority of people in the world, there has been something about their appearance that has made them cringe. One of the most common weight issues that many people deal with is the way their butt looks. I am sure that many of you have seen another person’s butt and wished it was yours. Trust me; I have been there, too. To some, butts are not just a back end of your body; they are a beautiful part of you that can make a statement. Getting the perfect butt is not always easy, though, and takes some work on your part. There are certain exercises you can do to ensure that your butt is being worked out properly.

Squats. Squats are one of the most popular exercises to tone buttocks and definitely provide noticeable results. When performing squats, you should start with grabbing your lightweight dumbbells to give you more of a workout and start playing your workout music. Stand at shoulder’s length apart and squat down until your butt is about an inch off the floor. It can be hard at first but once your body gets used to it, you will feel your muscles toning. Squats should be done in sets. To start out, you could do 3 sets of 20 squats with a one minute break in between. After a few weeks of squats every other day, you can expect to notice a more firm butt and legs.

The Kickback. This is one of the easiest butt toning exercises because all you need is you. This exercise not only tones your butt but also your lower back and legs. Start by getting on your hands and knees. Your legs should be on the floor behind you at a 45 degree angle. You can start by raising one leg and slowly extending it behind you until it is straight. Do this for 90 seconds and then alternate to your other leg for another 90 seconds. Do this in three sets every other day and I guarantee that you will notice results quickly.

Lunges. There are two different kinds of lunges: front and side lunges. They both do basically the same thing which is tone your butt and legs. You can also do this exercise with lightweight dumbbells to challenge yourself a little more. Start by standing shoulder width apart and take a big lunge on one leg. You can alternate legs each time you lunge or just lunge on the same leg over and over again. If you decide to alternate legs, do this exercise for 90 seconds and take a short break. Repeat two more times after. If you decide to do this exercise on one leg at a time, lunge ten times and then alternate to your other leg.

By performing these exercises every other day for at least a month, you can rest easy knowing that your butt will look its absolute best.
